Selection Process
The selection process of SAIL MT will consist of passing the eligibility criteria, scoring the definite GATE Score 2024, and then appearing in the interviews conducted by SAIL MT and the final document verification at the end. The Marks Distribution for SAIL MT will have a weightage of 75 Percent for the GATE 2024 Score, 15 percent for Interview, and 10 percent for the GD.

Salary
The Salaries of SAIL MT will be very lucrative along with various perks and allowances. The selected candidates will be offered a basic pay of Rs 50,000/month on a pay scale of 50,000-1,60,000 in one-year training. On successful completion of training of one year, the Management trainees will be designated as Assistant Managers and placed in the pay scale of Rs 60,000-Rs 1,80,000.
